If you have chosen the On subjects variant of a fixture you will have to first approve the Main Recap on Subjects before you can proceed with lifting subjects.
If this is not the case, or the Main Recap on Subjects is already approved, you will have to fill out all the mandatory information in the recap before you can lift subjects. If you try and lift subjects you will see a list of information that needs to be filled out.
If for some reason the mandatory information for the recap is irrelevant for this specific fixture, just enter a "."(period mark/dot) in that field. This will then allow you to lift the subjects.
*How to resume validation process when the recap is rejected by one of the parties?
When the Main Recap is rejected by either of the parties to the fixture, the rejecting party has the opportunity to cite the reasons for rejection on the Message Board that pops up.
The following appears on the fixture overview screen of the Principals to the fixture.
This means that the responsible user for the fixture, i.e. the user drawing up the fixture, has to release the recap for approvals again. The responsible user therefore sees this in his/her fixture overview page -
Once the requested changes are made, click 'HERE' to release the recap for validation. The responsible user may use the Message Board that appears to notify the parties of the changes made to the fixture/ask for approvals.
