Accessing the Message Centre can either be done either through
- 'My Account' > 'Message Centre'
- Clicking the mail icon (illustrated below) on the top right of the page and selecting 'Go to Message Centre' at the bottom of the column.
Nudges are alerts which are sent to other users of your choice. You may also choose to enclose a message along with the nudge.
Notifications can be sent from the 'Administration' tab. These are messages that are sent to all users within your company. They will receive the notifications when they either login to Chinsay or access the Clause Library.
These are notifications auto-generated from the system when certain specified events take place. You may control these triggers in your user settings ('My Account' > 'Settings').
If you are a new user, it is essential that you review these triggers so as to avoid missing important updates concerning the progress of your fixtures.
